These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by DataDome – a division of Diggi Technologies (Pty) Ltd (“DataDome”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Services

DataDome provides web hosting services including Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS Hosting, Radio Broadcasting Hosting, and Domain Registration.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for unlawful activities, including but not limited to:

• Illegal content or activities
• Malware, hacking, or abuse
• Spam or unsolicited communications
• Copyright infringement

4. Resource Usage

Shared and Reseller Hosting accounts are subject to fair use policies. Excessive usage that negatively impacts server performance may result in suspension or a recommendation to upgrade.

5. Backups & Data

While we provide automated backups, you remain responsible for maintaining your own backups. DataDome is not liable for data loss.

6. Payments & Billing

• All services are billed in advance.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
• Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms or for non-payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

DataDome shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
